Quick, double check your email confirmation! Maybe the machine gremlins threw themselves in some extra sides? If there is a disparity between what’s on the list and what you have got, please contact the restaurant and let them know immediately. Needless to say, our team is very willing to help if you can’t fix this directly with the restaurant, get in contact with us and we can help too!

Sometimes orders are cancelled before we have captured your funds, which means that your bank will hold the transaction in a pending status before it drops back into your account. In these situations the funds won’t show up as a refund, but rather the original charge will disappear entirely off your statement within 2-10 business days.

Orders cancelled are immediately refunded and, depending on the credit, the funds will be returned to your account within 2-5 working days.

Our restaurant partners are doing their hardest to fulfil any order on time but there may be unpredictable scenarios. Our alerts include a telephone number for you to dial-send that number a dial if your appetite rises by the minute.
